Advantages:

Хорошая, свежая квартира. Всё чисто. Хозяева подстроились под наше время заезда и отъезда (чуть раньше заселились и чуть раньше выезжали, чем требует владелец). Из недостатков лишь слабый напор воды в ванной и отсутствие фена, но это никак не повлияло на наше настроение. Очень пригодился бы какой-нибудь журнальный столик в комнате.
