Просторный, светлый и уютный дом рад приветствовать своих гостей! Парковка во дворе на 2-3 машины. В доме: кухня, зал, 1 спальня, с/у, холл. Всего 6 спальных мест (планируется увеличение еще на 4 места). Имеется все для комфортного проживания: ТВ с Алисой, быстрый WI-FI, холодильник, микроволновая печь, стиральная машина, посуда, средства гигиены (шампунь, гель для душа), чистое постельное белье и полотенца, фен, утюг.
В 3-х минутах езды от аэропорта, в 7-ми минутах от экспоцентра, 10-ти мин ж/д вокзал, от 15 до 40 мин до всех городов КМВ.

Оплата: 6000р-за 4-х человек. За каждое дополнительное спальное место доплата 500 руб. Дети до 5 лет бесплатно (без предоставления отдельного места)

Залог за весь период пребывания 3000 руб.
